Brandon Davis

Brandon Davis is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in energy, private equity, and sports management. As the founder and CEO of Swan Energy, Inc., Davis has built a powerhouse in the oil and gas industry, managing over 90 partnerships and participating in more than 400 wells across five states. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in driving Swan Energy’s growth and influence in the sector before divesting the company in 2022 and formed his family office Trek One Capital. In 2023, Davis expanded his entrepreneurial footprint by founding Trek One Capital, a Houston-based private equity firm specializing in lower-middle market businesses. With over two decades of experience, Davis has successfully formed and funded more than 100 entities and executed mergers and acquisitions exceeding $500 million. Trek One Capital focuses on partnering with founders and or management teams to unlock growth potential and create long-term value, with notable acquisitions such as Alter Eco Foods, a premium organic food brand. Davis’s business acumen extends beyond traditional industries. In 2012, he made headlines in the sports world by acquiring and rebranding Inception Motorsports into Swan Racing, an ambitious venture into NASCAR. With a vision to turn the team into a competitive force, Davis secured high-profile partnerships, including a collaboration with rapper 50 Cent’s SMS Audio. Despite initial success, financial challenges led to the team’s restructuring in 2014—an experience that reinforced his commitment to strategic execution and calculated growth. In addition to his ventures in energy and racing, Davis invested in Nutrition 53, a health and wellness company alongside former NFL linebacker Bill Romanowski. His commitment to excellence and innovation has been recognized through accolades such as the Denver Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award, highlighting his contributions to business and the community.
